The mission of Leadership Pensacola Alumni is to enhance, extend and strengthen a legacy of leadership in your community.
The Leadership Pensacola Alumni Association extends the Leadership Pensacola experience by fostering professional relationships, offering unique educational programs and promoting leadership to grow business and build community.
LeaP alumni are a very special group of committed individuals who continue to strive to make our community a better place to live. Northwest Florida needs the active involvement of people like you in government, business, and community affairs.

When you entered Leadership Pensacola, you learned about the Pensacola Bay Area: its strengths, its challenges, its government, its organizations and its people. When you graduate, you join those who have gone before you. You broaden your community and business perspective to a level enabling you to turn challenging opportunities into remarkable successes. This group makes things happen.
Joining the Leadership Pensacola Alumni Association grants you immediate access to more than 1000 professionals equally talented and committed to leading our community to greatness. Add to that the diverse networking, educational and one-of-a-kind experience programs that will keep you tuned into the issues that influence our area and keep you connected with community leaders.
Our History
Since 1983, Leadership Pensacola has been introducing its class members to major facets of the Pensacola Bay Area through an intensive ten-month course. The Greater Pensacola Chamber established the program with a goal of ensuring the community’s pool of talented leaders would be continually renewed.
Our Alumni
In 2008, the Leadership Pensacola Alumni Association was established as a means to continue serving its graduates through leadership development programs and to expand the Youth Leadership Pensacola program.
Leadership Pensacola Alumni include current civic, business and professional leaders. In fact, nearly every prominent corporation, private business, government and social agency in the Pensacola Bay Area are represented in LPAA. And they are involved!
