My Family Makes It!

My family has been growing, harvesting, pressing and bottling
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) since 1935.
Our orchards are located in Santa Ninfa, Sicily, Italy.

My mission is to rescue the AUTHENTIC Extra Virgin Olive Oil from EXTINCTION
by introducing YOU to the REAL ONE.

Though it is true that there is plenty of Hanki-Panki
in the industry of Extra Virgin Olive Oil,
It is also true that
SPAMMERS CANNOT IMITATE
the taste of the REAL Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Why?

Because the taste of the REAL EVOO
is connected to the presence of its very peculiar anti-oxidants.
A taste that is NOT CHEAP to imitate.

Tony’s Tejas Salsa Product Line

Tony’s Tejas Salsa is an all-natural fresh premium salsa & marinade, which is low in sodium, has  no added sugar and has a bold vibrant flavor.  It was invented 10 years ago to be a salad dressing for a chicken fajita salad off of the “Tj’s Eat Like We Eat” restaurant concept menu.  Blended fresh and kept refrigerated, Tony’s Tejas Salsa is made of the highest quality ingredients. Roma tomatoes for their rich robust flavor. Fresh purple onions, cilantro and garlic to enrich our salsa with antioxidants. Yellow bell peppers for a smooth flavor with a natural sweetness. A combination of 5 chilies that gives your pallet a burst of southwestern kick. Last but not least a blend of healthy spices swirled into the mix, making it the world’s best salsa. Just ask the folks who eat it. Tony’s Tejas Salsa has three flavors. Original; a full zesty flavor with a little kick at the end. Caliente; tongue pleasing heat from beginning to end with Habanero and serrano peppers added. Beverley Ann’s Mild Blend; a smooth tangy mix with no heat, but with an enough chilies to be authentic Texas salsa. Tony’s Tejas Salsa will have a full line of products infused with the world’s best salsa, from “Tejas Southwestern Ranch” to “Tony’s Tejas Injector Juice”.  Our brand will only produce fresh high quality foods that you can feel good about eating, while there is a party in your mouth.

New York Nick’s

New York Nick’s in Downtown Pensacola was recently named “The Best Sports Bar in Pensacola.” It’s no surprise, since the walls are literally inundated with 40 high-definition flat-screen TVs playing anything from water polo to hockey. They also have every sports package known to man, so if you’re not into football you can find something. Rhythmic gymnastics anyone?
But, ribbon dancing aside; during the Super Bowl I can imagine no better place in town to watch the game. Pensacola is located a mere three hours away from New Orleans and so, it seems, the locals have a soft spot for The Saints. My boyfriend, a native of Louisiana, was at first perplexed by Pensacola’s unabashed support of another state’s NFL team. But who are we going to cheer for? Jacksonville located on the other side of the state? Pass.
So New York Nick’s will undoubtedly be filled as the Saints (and pardon this pun) go marching into the Super Bowl (Ba Dum Ching!). And while there are plenty of franchises that cater to the sports crowd in Pensacola, nothing beats this one-of-a-kind place. Great bar specials all day long and an extensive menu keep this place busy, even during the off-season. They’re famous for their char-grilled wings but there burgers are amazing too. Try the “Best Damn Buffalo Chicken Sandwich Period” or the “Shaved Prime Rib Sandwich” if you want to switch it up a little. They even offer a children’s menu and all the usual bar fare favorites; cheesy fries, onion rings and nachos. Get here early on game day to stake out your table and be prepared to stay for the long haul. But I promise you, you won’t go hungry.”
