high-tech corridors. Our strategy is to join them not compete with

Our executives are thought leaders in their fields with decades
of experience to bring to bear on any situation, problem or potential.
We can help the players break out from the pack with our “Afterburner Effect”.
A high performance aircraft must put out 110% power on take off. Once
at altitude, the pilot can throttle back to cruise speed, about 75% power.
So it is
with a Startup, max throttle at take off but in it for the long haul! You makeover a company by

Company History
Feasible Concepts, Inc. (FCI) is in the business of:
1)creating businesses &
2) strategically developing businesses.
FCI was founded by W Ron Tucker, PhD.
Since 1989, FCI’s services have been:
1) performing feasibility studies,
2) writing business plans,
3) management consulting &
4) adverse financial consulting.
Over the last five decades, Feasible Concepts, Inc. has turned around
over 5,000 ailing businesses through re-financing and/or
re-structuring them. “Doctor Ron” has never lost a patient, including
over 200 personally-owned Startup companies, created and managed to a
successful conclusion.
Dr Tucker has been in business since 1962, a period of 52 years,
originally operating under Enterprise Consultants, Inc. later changing
to Feasible Concepts, Inc. in 1989. He has operated primarily under
that name in many different kinds of businesses.
F.C.I. also developed land for residential and housing projects as well
as constructing those facilities.
Past projects have included:
*10,000 homes for “Ticos” in Costa Rica and funding for 286 factories in
Mexico.
*Initial funding for Disney World
*financial consultant to the Astronauts
The plan for FCI is to become more of a formal Business Accelerator, now offering our in-house services to the
general public.
FCI is researching, and intends to develop, the latest
Internet technology for marketing and crowd-funding.
FCI Consults on
the complete Strategic Development of the Enterprise.
FCI has multiple projects in the planning stages and is gearing up for the launch of it’s new venture, “Victory Garden Villas”, a
trend-setting conceptual residential community.
The coming post-petrodollar economic environment will be turbulent
and challenging but, by cooperating in a community effort, we intend
for our clients to actually prosper.

Competitor Analysis
The Competitors
Most competitors are known as Incubators and are run by government or
non-profit basis.
FCI is more of an Accelerator, a for-profit venture
with top level expertise in Corporate Leadership, Business, Finance
and technology bringing a dynamic startup atmosphere to the table.
Competitor Strategies
Most incubators advertise and wait for the client to come to them. FCI
will pro-actively create businesses and recruit, train, and develop
Entrepreneurs. Being an entrepreneur is not easy but nothing
worthwhile is easy. It is not complex. Anybody can do it.
