A PRETZEL COMPANY ON THE RISE

Auntie Anne’s got its start in 1988 when Anne Beiler bought a stand in a Pennsylvania farmers market. After some experimentation, “Auntie” Anne created a masterpiece. We continue to bake by a certain philosophy that keeps people coming back for more delicious dough. It’s easy to see: We are so much more than just pretzels.

DrinKitz was formed in 2012 to develop, produce, and market an innovative and unique line of powdered cocktail drink mixes. The company was formed by a group of US Navy guys far too cheap and lazy to fully stock and mix drinks from their own bars or the endurance to carry it all around.  After discovering that mixing drinks from a bartenders guide got more difficult with the number of drinks consumed they asked the golden question —why can’t we just add a packet to  our favorite alcohol, mix, and drink. Now you can!

Far different than anything on the market, these drinks  are easy to use and mix, require no knowledge of bartending or mixology, and save you time and money. Whether you’re hanging out by the pool, hosting an event at home, heading out on vacation, or want to impress family and friends, you’ll want these by your side. With  one shot of your vodka, rum, or tequila, a little water and ice, and your choice of over 30 drink mixes, with a quick shake you become an instant bartender. Want something different? No problem, just grab a different mix packet! Want something we don’t have, let us know.

Made in America with high-quality ingredients, and available through regional liquor distributors, various retail  markets, caterers, and on our own Amazon storefront (coming soon),  these great products put fantastic tasting, full-bar quality mixed drinks at your fingertips—without the bar tab.

Kevin Parr is minority owner and Chief Operating Officer of DrinKitz LLC. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Central Missouri State University in Warrensburg, and a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City.  A former Navy Lieutenant, Kevin first served as an enlisted Navy Cryptologist, and was later granted a commission as an Information Warfare Officer; he served from 1986-1992 & 2003-2015. Kevin has extensive experience in Risk Management and Human Resources.  A resident of South Dakota, Kevin spends a great deal of time in the Pensacola area, and also travels the US as he works to launch and market DrinKitz, and recruit additional sales teams.

“A “Veteran” -whether active duty, discharged, retired, or reserve- is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to “The United States of America,” for amount of “up to, and including his life.” That is honor. And there are way too many people in this country today, who no longer understand that fact. My mission is to ensure that we give back to those who wrote that check.”

My name is Steven Specht, and I’m running for Florida’s First Congressional District. I want to lead through intelligent dialogue and ideas, not partisan rhetoric and brinkmanship. The country I love is intensely divided. Our starting point should be as Americans, not as members of any political party. We need to stop the bickering and fix the dysfunction in federal government that threatens to compromise our national security, endangers our public infrastructure, and has added trillions to an overflowing national debt. I pledge to place the people of the First Congressional District above personal gain and to represent their interests in Washington DC.

Join our campaign now and please learn more about where I stand on important issues.

Sincerely,
Steven Specht

Some of the more common culprits are septic system failure, erosion and sedimentation, nutrient loading from fertilizers, red tide, heavy metals, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, polychlorinated biphenyls, (PCBs) lead, mercury, animal wastes, industrial paint source discharge, oil spills, commercial vessel pollution, residential development, and household garbage.

Protecting our waterways and drinking water from contaminants is everyone’s responsibility. We can’t do it alone…we need your help!

Feel free to contact us if you want to volunteer or to report a problem. We look forward to creating a healthy community with you!

Pensacola Little Theatre “Acting Up” Education Program Description:

Pensacola Little Theatre’s Education Department provides training and guidance to help performers, designers, directors and technicians of all ages create magic on the stage. We offer classes for students from pre-k to adult. Coupled with our ambitious production schedule of more than 15 shows a year, we give artists ample opportunity to develop, practice and hone the skills needed to present a professional and polished theatrical production.

The primary purpose of the Education Program is to provide both young people and adults with opportunities to explore and develop their interests and lay a solid foundation in all aspects of theatre arts. Through classes, plays and workshops, students learn in a hands-on environment. Classes and workshops promote self confidence, communication, creativity and service, as well as giving students the necessary skills to grow as artists, actors, technicians and people. Our mission is for each person in our program to find his or her voice and sense of play in a non-competitive atmosphere.

Jennifer began acting 15 years ago and has not stopped pursuing a career in the arts since. Her extensive acting experience has made her a sought after talent in the panhandle.

She has over 15 years of experience in theatre which is not limited to onstage performances. Jennifer began teaching acting workshops at age 17 and directed her first play by age 20. She has also received numerous awards for her performances in the theatre community, in including a superior ranking from the FCAA for her portrayal of “Honey” in Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf. She recently added ” playwright” to her resume’ when she wrote a comedic one act play which already been performed in local theaters as well as out of state venues.

Her film background began with small local TV and radio commercials which have developed into featured roles in several short films. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Film Production from the University of West Florida. Since graduation Jennifer has appeared in the film ” The New Year” which won several awards, including the official selection of the 2010 Los Angeles Film Festival. She also played a supporting role in a music video showcasing LaTangela Newsome ( R&B artist and former Nickelodeon sitcom star ) as well as several other professional productions.  Jennifer is currently collaborating on several film projects, not only as an actor but as a screenwriter.

Jennifer is proudly represented by IZON Models and Talent and works as the education director of the Pensacola Little Theatre.

Rally your coworkers, friends and family, and join us for Pensacola’s 3rd Annual spectacle on water – dragon boating! Led by the rhythmic beat of a drum, teams of 20 synchronized paddlers, one drummer and one steersperson race 300 meters up the river in 40-foot canoes rigged with decorative Chinese dragon heads and tails. The sport brings social groups and businesses alike down to the water to bond and compete, building a stronger sense of “team” with every stroke. From vets to newbies, anyone can have a good time – we’ve made sure there’s plenty of time to kick back (or thrown down!) between races.

The Festival will begin at 8 AM, with the races beginning at 9 AM.  Each race will be about 12 minutes apart with a break for lunch.
