Mission Statement
Building a “Super Business Accelerator”To Enable and Empower Entrepreneurs

Vision Statement
Building a Million Businesses over the next Century, through
harnessing the emerging technologies of: 1)Leadership Development,
2)Crowdfunding, and
3)Internet Marketing,
to automate the Startup Process(as nearly
as humanly possible).

The Product
Our product is the Strategic Development of Enterprises, from Startup to Exit Strategy.

We are building a Better Business Accelerator, harnessing the huge untapped power of human potential with Transformational Personal Leadership Development.

The Market
Startups | High Growth | Turnarounds

The Competition
Our competitors are the highly successful Accelerators in the
high-tech corridors. Our strategy is to join them not compete with
them.
Our executives are thought leaders in their fields with decades
of experience to bring to bear on any situation, problem or potential.
We can help the players break out from the pack with our “Afterburner Effect”.

A high performance aircraft must put out 110% power on take off. Once
at altitude, the pilot can throttle back to cruise speed, about 75% power.
So it is
with a Startup, max throttle at take off but in it for the long haul! You makeover a company by
making over the people. We mine the untapped potential of people.

Company History

Feasible Concepts, Inc. (FCI) is in the business of:
1)creating businesses &
2) strategically developing businesses.
FCI was founded by W Ron Tucker, PhD.

Since 1989, FCI’s services have been:

1) performing feasibility studies,
2) writing business plans,
3) management consulting &
4) adverse financial consulting.

Over the last five decades, Feasible Concepts, Inc. has turned around
over 5,000 ailing businesses through re-financing and/or
re-structuring them. “Doctor Ron” has never lost a patient, including
over 200 personally-owned Startup companies, created and managed to a
successful conclusion.

Dr Tucker has been in business since 1962, a period of 52 years,
originally operating under Enterprise Consultants, Inc. later changing
to Feasible Concepts, Inc. in 1989. He has operated primarily under
that name in many different kinds of businesses.

F.C.I. also developed land for residential and housing projects as well
as constructing those facilities.

Past projects have included:
*10,000 homes for “Ticos” in Costa Rica and funding for 286 factories in
Mexico.

*Initial funding for Disney World

*financial consultant to the Astronauts

The plan for FCI is to become more of a formal Business Accelerator, now offering our in-house services to the
general public.
FCI is researching, and intends to develop, the latest
Internet technology for marketing and crowd-funding.
FCI Consults on
the complete Strategic Development of the Enterprise.

FCI has multiple projects in the planning stages and is gearing up for the launch of it’s new venture, “Victory Garden Villas”, a
trend-setting conceptual residential community.

The coming post-petrodollar economic environment will be turbulent
and challenging but, by cooperating in a community effort, we intend
for our clients to actually prosper.

Company Goals and Objectives
We will create value by automating the process and creating a Million
Businesses over the next Hundred Years.
The FCI HUNDRED-YEAR PLAN:
“Every Man A Millionaire”
The first year FCI intends to raise $100M to fund the first hundred Startups for 2016. WE are seeking 100 partners @$1M each to fund the first phase.

Company Ownership Structure
FCI is a privately held company with fewer than 10 shareholders.

The Product
Our products are ideas, money, knowledge, training and experience (over
a hundred years of experience) and the ability to put them all
together to make money, create jobs, and fulfill dreams.

Competitor Analysis

The Competitors
Most competitors are known as Incubators and are run by government or
non-profit basis.
FCI is more of an Accelerator, a for-profit venture
with top level expertise in Corporate Leadership, Business, Finance
and technology bringing a dynamic startup atmosphere to the table.

Competitor Strategies
Most incubators advertise and wait for the client to come to them. FCI
will pro-actively create businesses and recruit, train, and develop
Entrepreneurs. Being an entrepreneur is not easy but nothing
worthwhile is easy. It is not complex. Anybody can do it.

The Three Cs of a Startup:
A)Concept
B)Capital
C)Capabilities.
We help with all three.
All we need is people who just want to

Pensacola Business Radio: Spotlight Episode: Erik Hansen, Hansen Real Estate Team and Golfing for a Cause

I am a true Pensacola native, and have lived only one other place in my entire life. In 2001, my wife (Angie) and I moved to Orlando to start college and life as a married couple. I jumped into real estate while I was still in college at the University of Central Florida in Orlando back in 2003. After a year learning the real estate business and finishing up at UCF, I joined up with Keller Williams Realty in East Orlando and began really building my business. I partnered up with a Team Leader which catapulted me to the top in a very short time period. In the summer of 2013, after being back in Pensacola since 2009, I jumped back into real estate. In January 2016, I rejoined Keller Williams Realty with my entire team. Since that summer of 2013, I have built a successful real estate team that consistently produces in the TOP 10 of real estate teams in Pensacola. We currently have a Buyer Team Manager (Brent Scott), Buyer Specialist (Renee Decker, Stephanie Oliver, Jordan Simmons), a full time Transaction Coordinator (Bethany Christian), Listing Team Manager (Angie Hansen), Listing/Marketing Assistant (Mikayla Holmes), and an Inside Sales Agent (Courtney Zamudio). The team approach gives a level of service unmatched by the average single agent. Our staff and Buyer Specialists have the skills and experience to handle all your real estate needs! In 2016, our team closed 120 transactions and are on track for 180 transactions in 2017.

Looking to purchase your first home or downsizing into a smaller home? We can help. Thinking about investing in real estate to build wealth and a retirement? We have the plan for you. Seeking an experienced team to sell your home using a proven marketing approach? We offer a full service listing and marketing plan to get your home sold quickly, with the fewest problems and for the highest possible price. Selling real estate is a science and we have the system in place to get you the most money for your home!

In addition to being passionate about real estate, I love giving back to my community, traveling with the family to explore new destinations, watching football with friends in the fall, relaxing on Pensacola Beach in the summer, and occasionally playing (attempting to play) golf! My wife, son Peyton and I attend Cokesbury United Methodist Church here in Pensacola. I am the current Golf Tournament Committee Chariman and we recently raised over $10,000 for three local charities. My wife, Angie, is on the Board at Cokesbury Children’s Center, where our son attends pre-school. I am also a member of the Northeast Pensacola Sertoma Club, which raises over $50,000 for local charities every year at events such as HogFest in the Spring and Dragon Boat Festival in the summer. We have a ton of fun giving back to our community and want to teach our son the importance of faith, family and community involvement.

Contact The Hansen Team today to learn more about how we can best serve your Pensacola area real estate needs! (850) 377-2201 or send email to ContactHansenTeam@gmail.com. We guarantee to provide you with a professional level of service no matter what your needs, and we look forward to meeting with you soon!

MurphyWerx Productions is a Southern US video production and photography company specializing in outdoor & commercial productions, including licensed FAA drone cinematography. Husband and wife team Benjamin and Cherylyn Murphy operate as the primary cinematographer and photographer respectively and they love working alongside passionate businesses that are looking to connect with their audience.

When not out filming, Benjamin can be found flying his drone or exploring the outdoors either on foot or by boat.

Since then, her dedication to always be growing has given her the opportunity to create some amazing work for such brands as Better Built Toolboxes, MarineMax, and Wyndham Resorts. Cherylyn’s passion for growing doesn’t stop with her photography, she’s also actively involved in community organizations in addition to having a huge love for the outdoors.
