Align your story and customer perceptions with rich brand experiences that happen every day

Giving Back

We believe in lifting up small, local not-for-profit groups that have a big impact in our community.

For years, idgroup has partnered with local not-for-profit organizations to fulfill a variety of their branding and organizational development needs. Through our past work, we know that our community is full of compassionate, giving hearts, and we know that building strong identities and increasing awareness for these organizations has had a meaningful impact on our community.

If you’ve ever visited us in our office, you’ve heard the idgroup saying, “Trust the Process.” Looking at our past not-for-profit work, we realized that we were not empowering these organizations with our strongest tool, the idgroup process. Since then, we’ve made a commitment to dedicate our time and talents to a small, local not-for-profit group annually. We commit to building firm foundations that create the most important part of a brand: a strong brand reputation that lasts.

To stay true to our beliefs and impact our community in a big way, we created Brand On Us™. Through the Brand On Us initiative, one deserving not-for-profit group will be chosen each year to receive a comprehensive and integrated brand makeover. During a seven-month Branding from the Core engagement, the selected organization will receive over $100,000 in idgroup services.

About Chain Reaction

Chain Reaction is a teen leadership institute with a character education program that uses volunteerism as a teaching tool. Pensacola Business Radio-04.19.16-Guests: Karen Sindel / Candidate, Sharron Pitts / Kelly Services, Tina Morrison / Perdido Key Events, Angela Grace and Adam Bollinger / Gulf Coast Celebrity Golf Classic

20160419_145641

Who is Karen Sindel?

Karen is a highly accomplished business executive with experience in operations, P&L management and strategic planning with both startup and growth companies. Results oriented, decisive leader with a proven success in new market identification, client management and retention, strategic thinking and problem solving. She has a proven track record of increasing client involvement and profitability. Karen has a tendency to thrive in dynamic environments while remaining a self motivator and focused.

Why I am Running for District 1

Running for District 1 Commissioner is a natural progression of my over 20 year of public and community service for the citizens of Escambia County. I have served on the County’s Planning Board and the Santa Rosa Island Authority Board and in various senior management positions for groups ranging from the National Flight Academy and Naval Aviation Museum Foundation to the Florida Association of Local Housing Finance Authorities and the NW Florida March of Dimes.

The impact of the Navy Federal expansion, the development of OLF8 and the influx of nearly $60 million in RESTORE funds requires a leader with my long history of public service and proven success at problem solving, consensus building and a common sense approach to smart growth. My 10 years of experience on the County’s Planning Board give me the substantial experience you need to address the significant potential developments planned for District 1. It is critical that we plan for and accommodate the impact that the developments will have on current residents and business owners as well as the County.

My husband, Tod, and I have owned land in Nature Trail and are planning to build our home there. We are happy that we have commenced that process having selected a builder and hope to be in our new home by August.

Positive Leadership. Proven Results.

Karen has a history of fiscal responsibility as well as “turning around” organizations. Junior Achievement of Northwest Florida, March of Dimes, National Flight Academy, to name a few. Whether it’s working with volunteers or Boards of Directors, Karen’s proven ability to gather support and work with groups, large and small, makes her a necessity for communities, local and state governments.

Susan A Dawson / Reality Check Counseling

Life is neither fair nor easy. Numbing your feelings and emotions with alcohol, drugs, food, shopping, or any other addictive substance won’t make it any easier. It’s time you start living your life to your fullest potential. We can help. We offer individual, couples, family, and group counseling sessions.

You will be working with Licensed Counselors, Certified Addiction Professionals, State Registered Interns, as well as Master Level Interns in a safe, non-judgmental, confidential environment. We start the process with an in-depth personal history, various assessment screening inventories, and a treatment plan. Why is this necessary? While it is important to find answers to the cause(s) of your difficulties today, it is equally important to find the root cause of these difficulties to provide you with a clear understanding of your attitudes, believes, and actions.

How can you get back to your former functioning self – the self that gave your life purpose? By pinpointing the event(s) of your past that disrupted your life, healing it, and making you whole. And for those of you who are saying “I’ve never had purpose in my life” that’s okay. We understand and can help you find your “ah ha” moment.

Are you ready to get started? We are.

LG 360 Cam Spherical Camera, Lens Mount Built in

All things must be unboxed. And occasionally they must be filmed at the same time.

Said it before, and we’ll say it again. We’re generally not huge fans of the pomp and circumstance that tends to come with taking phones we’ve already seen out of boxes. But sometimes things are special. There was the LG Optimus Black “Unbooking” way back in 2011. Only a few months later we had the bizarre alien head that was part of a promotion for Verizon’s Motorola Droid Bionic. There have been others, of course.

But LG’s back again with the LG G5. It’s as polarizing as it is intriguing. On its own it’s a more-than capable phone. But throw in that it’s got interchangeable modules and that “Friends” ecosystem of accessories — plus a new user interface , and there’s a whole lot going on here.

Walter Pierce / Levin Reinke Real Estate

Aside from buying and selling real estate, Walter enjoys many other activities. His wife and four children are his top priority and he spends a great deal of time with his family. He also takes time for sailing, tennis, water sports, and reading for enjoyment as well as education. He is an active member of First Church Pensacola and ICON, the Pensacola LEAD-ers, Pensacola North Rotary, Teaches Sunday school, serves on the NBCook SAC, and is a partner in education with a local school. It’s a 30-year commitment. Start the relationship off right. Whether it’ s fixed or adjustable, for 15 or 30 years, buying a home is most likely the single largest purchase of your life. A commitment like that shouldn’ t be taken lightly. You need someone who definitely knows where the relationship is going.Someone who’ s serious about real estate and can guide you through the complicated process of buying a home; Someone to ease your mind and explain every detail.

You know someone to talk to and more importantly, someone who will listen. I am committed to making sure that you are comfortable during the entire home buying experience, and that you are satisfied in the end.

Everyone knows that a good relationship takes work. So when it comes to buying a home, work with someone who will work with you.

Is your property easy to show?

When you list your property for sale, you should do your part to get the maximum number of showings by making it easy to show. More showings mean more offers, and more offers mean you are more likely to get a higher price, and sell quicker!

Typically, after a realtor has searched the MLS and found a few suitable homes to show his buyer, he or she will call the listing agents or listing offices to get showing instructions and to make appointments to see the properties. Having been in this position many times, I can tell you how frustrating it is to get the listing agents voicemail but not get a return call in a reasonable time. When that happens, we will usually cross that property off our list.

I always answer my phone and it follows me home, or to my car, or to my desk at the office. Agents or buyers interested in seeing my listings reach me easily and that helps increase the number of showings.

Some instructions state “Listing Agent Must Accompany.” When an agent is showing four or five properties, it is virtually impossible to accurately predict arrival time at a particular listing. And if he or she arrives early, or the listing agent arrives late, an awkward wait with clients results. Some unscrupulous listing agents use this technique as a device to deliberately limit showings by other agents to increase their odds of selling the property themselves, thereby doubling their share of the commission. A seller might think the listing agent is showing extra initiative by agreeing to accompany every showing. Don’t be fooled — This is a bad idea.

Showing instructions might also state “24-hour notice required” or “appointment required.” Either of these is also sure to lose some agents and their buyers.

The best way to make your property accessible to agents with potential buyers is with an electronic lockbox. There are some very successful buyers’ agents who will not show a house that’s not on a lockbox. Don’t have them skip your house!

Some sellers fear for the security of their home and may not realize the safety features incorporated in this system.

Heres how it works. The lockbox containing your house key is secured to your front door. Licensed agents, active members of the Realtors Association, have an electronic key that looks and works something like a TV Remote. If a key were to be lost, there are two safeguards preventing its use by an unauthorized person. First, it is password protected and its internal password is updated on a daily basis at the agents base station or “cradle.” Second, each time it is used, the agent must enter his own private pin number. The SUPRA electronic lockbox itself, is an electronic marvel. Before releasing its contents, it verifies the key has been updated that day, and that the user has entered his correct PIN. It also records the name, license number, company and date and time used, for each opening. This information is later transmitted to a mainframe computer and is available online anytime, to the agent who owns the lockbox. Cheaper combination lockboxes do not have any of these security features.

A lockbox on your door does not interfere in any way with your entering or leaving your house. You work your door locks the same way you always did.

So, sellers — Make your home easy to show. Pick Walter Pierce who answers his phone and who uses electronic lockboxes.
